Major General (Ret.) Uzi Moscovich is an expert in the cyber field and has a diverse operational and technological background with 28 years of field command experience. He has held numerous high-profile positions, including CIO and Ciso of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and V.P. of the Missile Division of Israel Aerospace Industries. CEO of Wave Guard Tech and board member of Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings. He has a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology, an MSc. in Political Science, and an MBA in Business Administration.

Mr. Goldman is a highly experienced finance and operations leader with a strong track record of creating shareholder value. He served as CFO of leading public and global companies such as Syneron Candela, a global leader in aesthetic medical devices (acquired by Apax Partners). as well as Retalix, Ltd., a leading software and services company (acquired by NCR) . He also held positions as CFO for AxisMobile, and VocalTec Communications Ltd (the pioneer of VoIP). Mr. Goldman started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Tel Aviv, and an Executive M.B.A. from Bradford University (UK) with distinction. He is a certified public accountant in Israel and served on the Steering Committee of the Israeli CFO Forum.

Andrey has a vast technology background in software and hardware development. He specializes in the architecture of complex software and hardware systems and the integration of the two while minimizing and utilizing technology in real-time. During his 13 years of service in the IDF 8200 elite unit, Andrey gained rich experience in managing RF design and manufacturing, boards, embedded programming, FPGA design, hardware design and implementation.

David Riker has over 20 years of experience leading fast-growing technology and risk management companies. Prior to his role at HUB Security, he served as Vice President of Strategic Development at global intelligence leader WorldAware after the sale of BlueLine Grid, a government technology business he founded and led as CEO. Mr. Riker previously served as Managing Director at Kroll, the global risk management company, VP of Products and Corporate Development at Marsh & McLennan and Chief Technology Strategist at Travelers. He was also an operating partner at Pacific Growth Investors, a private equity fund based in Los Angeles, and served as CEO of high growth venture technology startups Storm Exchange and eCoverage.

Shay Kronfeld is an expert in capital markets and former investment banker specializing in cross-border transactions. Prior to joining HUB Security, he served as the CEO of Cuma Financial Ltd., the Managing Director of Maxim Group's investment banking team, and the Managing Director of Rodman and Renshaw investment banking team. He holds a B.A in Finance from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel

Osher Partok Rheinisch has more than 20 years of commercial, corporate and compliance legal experience. She was admitted to both the Israel and the New York State Bars and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsels and the International Association of Privacy Professionals where she holds CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP authorizations. Prior to joining HUB Security, Osher was the General Counsel at Orgenesis (NASDAQ: ORGS) and the Compliance Counsel of Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX). Osher holds an LLB and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Alon brings with him over 23 years of experience in nation-state cyber agencies - driving perception revolutions in both the technological and operational realms. Along was part of the cyber overhaul of the IDF and Israel Security Agencies, where he served as R&D and Architecture Head and Cyber Strategist, leading R&D and operational teams. Alon holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Haifa and an MBA from the Technion Institute of Technology.
