
Kasbian Nuriel Chirich
Kasbian Nuriel Chirich is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, serving since February 2023. He is also the Honorary Consul of Tanzania in Israel. Mr. Chirich founded Cellect Biotherapeutics in 2011 and served as chairman of its board of directors from 2013 until 2020. He is an entrepreneur and businessman with extensive financial and business expertise in innovative ventures throughout East Africa and Israel. Additionally, he is a real estate developer and was previously the founder and general manager of Leadcom Kasbian, which is known for establishing the national television of Tanzania and building the infrastructure of two cellular networks in Tanzania.

Uzi Moscovich

Major General (Ret.) Uzi Moscovich is an expert in the cyber field and has a diverse operational and technological background with 28 years of field command experience. He has held numerous high-profile positions, including CIO and Ciso of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and V.P. of the Missile Division of Israel Aerospace Industries. CEO of Wave Guard Tech and board member of Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings. He has a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology, an MSc. in Political Science, and an MBA in Business Administration.

Liat Aaronson
Liat is co-founder and Managing Director of Horizen Labs Ventures (HLV), a Web3 advisory and venture investment company that was launched out of Horizen Labs. Liat co-founded and served as COO of Horizen Labs from its inception as a blockchain technology company until 2022. Liat holds a B.A. in political economy of industrial societies (economics and political science, cum laude) from the University of California at Berkeley, an LL.B. and MBA from Tel Aviv University, and an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands (cum laude).

Matthew Kearney
Matthew Kearney has extensive experience of leading high-growth, technology-supported businesses to successful realizaions; at Screenvision, Talent Partners and now LeadingResponse. Public company experience includes Priority Technology where he was an independent board member and audit committee chair, and Mt Rainier Acquisition Corp where he was executive chairman. Kearney has also served on the advisory board of Telenor ASA and currently serves as non-executive chairman of GSTV, part of Rock Holdings Inc. With his proven track record of success and expertise in the technology industry, he is a respected thought leader and advisor.

Beth Michelson
Beth Michelson is a Partner at Cartesian Capital Group in New York, with a notable background as a board member for multiple companies traded on Nasdaq. As a founding executive of Cartesian Capital in 2006 and a Partner in Cartesian’s Pangaea Funds since 2014, she has been an integral part of the investment and valuation committees, showcasing her expertise. Beth also holds positions as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Safeguard Scientifics (NASDAQ: SFE), a Board Member of NorthStar Earth & Space, Tiendamia, and Thermal Management Solutions. She is additionally a member of the Board at The Jerome A. Chazen Institute for Global Business, further demonstrating her commitment to global business and finance. Ilan Flato
Ilan Flato, president and CEO of the Israeli Association of Publicly Traded Companies, has held senior economic positions in government agencies for 35 years. He has participated in cabinet meetings and economic committees as a former economic advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel. Deputy Director at the Ministry of Finance, he was responsible for managing the budgets of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the State President's office. Mr. Flato also served as Vice President and Chief Economist for the United Mizrahi Bank, and as a board member of the Israeli Aircraft Industry, the Israeli Military Industry, Rafael and El Al Israel Airlines.

John C. Rogers
John C. Rogers over 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of technology, security, public policy, and global challenges. He is a former government official with extensive knowledge of government relations, national security, and defense contracts, as well as experience in creatively applying diverse industry technologies to national security solutions. Mr. Rogers served as the Principal Deputy Assistant and Deputy Assistant Secretary for legislative affairs at the United States Department of Defense and led a billion-dollar mobility company as CEO.
