Kasbian Nuriel Chirich is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, serving since February 2023. He is also the Honorary Consul of Tanzania in Israel. Mr. Chirich founded Cellect Biotherapeutics in 2011 and served as chairman of its board of directors from 2013 until 2020. He is an entrepreneur and businessman with extensive financial and business expertise in innovative ventures throughout East Africa and Israel. Additionally, he is a real estate developer and was previously the founder and general manager of Leadcom Kasbian, which is known for establishing the national television of Tanzania and building the infrastructure of two cellular networks in Tanzania.

Mr. Noah Hershcoviz joined HUB Security as the Chief Strategy Officer and became a member of the company's Board of Directors on October 4, 2023. Noah Hershcoviz brings a wealth of financial and execution expertise, with a background that includes roles in the M&A division of Ernst & Young (EY) and as an investment banking executive in various capacities. He boasts a distinguished track record of managing investments and consistently exceeding market performance benchmarks. With a proven history of successfully guiding companies through initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and reverse takeovers, Mr. Hershcoviz embodies an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a global perspective on business transformation. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in charting the vision and strategic direction of the company, bringing innovative and industry-leading approaches.

Ilan Flato, president and CEO of the Israeli Association of Publicly Traded Companies, has held senior economic positions in government agencies for 35 years. He has participated in cabinet meetings and economic committees as a former economic advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel. Deputy Director at the Ministry of Finance, he was responsible for managing the budgets of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the State President's office. Mr. Flato also served as Vice President and Chief Economist for the United Mizrahi Bank, and as a board member of the Israeli Aircraft Industry, the Israeli Military Industry, Rafael and El Al Israel Airlines.

Uzi Moskovich has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2021 and as our Chief Executive Officer from February 2023 to December 2023. Prior to becoming our Chief Executive Officer in February 2023, Mr. Moskovich served as Chairman from April 2022 to February 2023. Mr. Moskowitz has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wave Guard Technologies Ltd. since February 2019, and from 2018 to 2018 as the Vice President at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). Mr. Moskowitz has also served on the boards of BrandShield Systems Plc (LSE: BRSD.L) and Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd (TASE: MGDL.TA) since February 2021 and April 2018, respectively. Mr. Moskowitz received his B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, his MBA from New York University and his M.Sc. in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.

Currently, she is the executive chairman of Green Gruff, a pioneering dog wellness company committed to producing organic and sustainable dog supplements and treats. In addition to her role at Green Gruff, Renah also holds the position of Vice-Chairman at Tilray Brands. While Tilray Brands is recognized as one of the world’s largest cannabis producers, its influence extends far beyond that. It stands as a global lifestyle and consumer packaged goods company, inspiring and empowering communities worldwide to live their best lives. Renah serves as a distinguished member of the board of Hydrofarm Holdings Group, America’s oldest and largest independent wholesaler and manufacturer of hydroponics equipment and grow lights. Her leadership and expertise significantly contribute to the company’s ongoing success and innovation in the industry. Renah’s influence in the cannabis industry is further solidified through her role on the Board of Greenlane Holdings, one of the largest global sellers of cannabis accessories. Her extensive experience includes serving as an executive consultant to many iconic brands, including Tim Hortons, Canadian Tire, CIBC, Canada Post, and Interac. She also held an executive officer position at the Bank of Montreal. Renah’s expertise in e- commerce is globally recognized. She has co-chaired the Canadian Minister’s Advisory Committee on Electronic Commerce and served as a special advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Her contributions to these roles underscore her commitment to innovation and her vision for a digitally connected world.

John C. Rogers over 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of technology, security, public policy, and global challenges. He is a former government official with extensive knowledge of government relations, national security, and defense contracts, as well as experience in creatively applying diverse industry technologies to national security solutions. Mr. Rogers served as the Principal Deputy Assistant and Deputy Assistant Secretary for legislative affairs at the United States Department of Defense and led a billion-dollar mobility company as CEO.
