CONTENTS

 

On December 31, 2023, Mr. Andrey Iaremenko resigned from his position as Chief Technology Officer of HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (the Company”), effective immediately, due to personal reasons. The resignation of Mr. Iaremenko did not result from any dispute or disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.

 

Additionally, on January 16, 2024, the Company issued a press release titled “HUB Security Has Named Nachman Geva as Its CTO to Lead the Company’s Secured Data Fusion Strategy and Drive Innovation.” A copy of this press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
